ABOUT ME

Hello and welcome! 

I am Sarah, a Level 7 Certified Personal and Executive Coach (University of Warwick) and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. Maybe you are visiting this page as you are looking for a little bit of support on your journey, which I appreciate can seem a little confusing (where do I look and what do I want to find?!). Let me start by saying a bit about me to hopefully put you at ease and see if you have found the support you are looking for. 

I have worked in the “helping people” profession, mainly in the not-for-profit sector for 19 years. My specialism is working with individuals who have experienced challenging times (e.g. affected by loss, grief and trauma, people impacted by losing their job, job transitions, and burnout)
, supporting them to invest in their own development and wellbeing, to rebuild confidence, to move forward with purpose and thrive!  

My role as a Coach is to work in partnership with you, going at your pace, having thought provoking conversations empowering you to design your best route forward. This often includes exploring meaningful and motivating work opportunities aligned to your unique strengths and values to enhance your wellbeing, inspiring you to fulfil your potential. (In jargon – I use a person centred, positive psychology, strengths based, trauma informed integrated coaching approach). 
I use my top strengths to coach (individuals & teams): Strategic thinking, connectedness, individualisation, developer and empathy. 

Coaching: “Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential, which is particularly important in today’s uncertain and complex environment” (International Coaching Federation, 2020).
